The brochure describes approximately 60% open and green space, a 2 km waterfront promenade, green corridors, forest trails and family parks. Its illustrated masterplan also shows a range of public spaces for walking, gathering and recreation.

Planned amenities include community lounges, children’s play areas, jogging and cycling routes, open-air fitness, sports spaces and gathering lawns.
